Established in 2018 to provide railway skills development and engineering services. Fazi Rail is a fully black-owned entity with black-woman majority ownership, boasting a BBBEE Level 1. Our area of expertise is run and managed by two divisions; Fazi Rail Academy and Fazi Rail Engineering. Our business ethos is based on creating shared value in all our business engagements. Fazi Rail is led by Portia Nkuna, seasoned and dedicated Company Director with proven senior managerial and technical experience in the railway industry. Highly professional and thrives in high-paced environments. Strategic & exponential thinker, experienced in turning around low-performing organisations – passionate about building new organisations. Offering engaging and pleasant personality with expertise in improving stakeholder relationships. Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

Fazi Rail’s team of engineering consultants and skills development practitioners are highly skilled in their areas of expertise, with over 100 years of combined experience. The team is well balanced between the mature and the young consultants, striking a good balance between innovation and stability.
